Loss & Connection Group

Loss and Connection: A TBT Support Group for Seniors Struggling with Loss of their Partners and Seeking Community
Group meets every other Friday for about an hour, beginning
November 17, 2023, for ten sessions at 10:00 am at Temple Beth Tikvah

We have all experienced loss in the last few years. However, many of us have experienced loss in different ways–the loss of a partner and the loss of connection, leaving many to feel isolated.
We are hopeful that by coming together in this group, you will have the opportunity to grieve, receive support navigating the challenges many face around loss, and ultimately find connection and community. We will also have the opportunity to talk about the aging process through a Jewish lens.
The group facilitators, Lauryn and Chana, look forward to joining you in this process for support and connection. For information on this support group, please call 973-595-6565 ext. 220.

Please note that this cohort is for new participants only – any individual in our last cohort still in need of support should contact Lauryn.
