This year’s Rafes Award Recipient is Gail Okun – Current Vice President and Religious School Co- Chair. Gail has been an active member with TBT since joining in 2018, with her husband Clark. Gail has also serves on the Adult Ed committee, was on the Rabbi Search committe, and many others.
