5784 – 2023 High Holy Days

It is with great excitement that we invite you to join your Temple Beth Tikvah family to celebrate the High Holy Days!  We are looking forward to being together again in our beautiful sanctuary with Rabbi Brian Beal, Cantor Emeritus Charles Romalis, Cantor Mark Bittleman & Rebbetzin Naomi Adler.  And like last year, the option to stream the services online will also be available.

Online Registration:

High Holy Days registration is easier than ever!  Please click HERE or the button at the bottom of this email to log into your TBT Member Portal and then click on the “High Holy Day Registration” button. You can sign up for services, purchase additional guest admissions, become a Legacy Sponsor, create New Years Greetings and Yizkor Memorial Tributes, and donate to this year’s High Holy Day Appeal. Submission and payment for Legacy Sponsorships, Greetings and Tributes are due by September 5th

9:00pm Candlelight Selichot Experience

Yom Kippur – Afternoon Service, Neilah and Havdalah begin at 4:45pm with blowing of Tekiah G’dolah at approximately 6:30pm
(Non-Temple members are invited to attend Yizkor/Healing Service and the Afternoon Service on Yom Kippur)

Tallit and Kippah:
In an effort to keep sharing to a minimum for safety purposes, we encourage you to bring your own tallit and kippah if you have them.  Otherwise, these items will be available at the synagogue.

High Holy Day Food Drive:

Please note, as in years prior, there will be no High Holy Day Packet mailing this year.  In an effort to streamline and simplify the High Holy Day paperwork for our congregants, we have moved to online registration.  If you know of anyone who is not receiving our emails or is in need of assistance to complete these online forms, please call the Temple office, 973-595-6565.

If you are planning on viewing the services via zoom, please contact the temple office to arrange to either pick up a prayer book, or have one dropped off for you.
