Temple Beth Tikvah is looking to hire a cleaning person to work approximately 15 hours a week each. All applicants should:
- Speak and understand English.
- Be a high school graduate or the equivalent.
- Have 1 – 2 years of experience.

We can be flexible with hours but the candidate my be able to work 3 times a week. The ideal candidate can work Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday or Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Duties include:
- Maintaining the kitchen, e.g., washing dishes, putting away food, cleaning and disinfecting sinks, counters, tables, etc., and keeping the cupboards organized.
- Maintaining restrooms, which includes cleaning toilets, walls, sinks, fixtures, and mirrors, and replenishing towels, toilet paper, and soap dispensers.
- Flattening cardboard boxes and placing them – along with the plastic recyclables – in the designated area.
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning, and dusting.
